The new Saint Paul’s hospital will also be developed in the flats which will create high demand for homes in the area.

Olympic Village and the False Creek waterfront are just a few blocks away connecting you to the entire seawall from Kitsilano all the way around Stanley Park into Coal Harbour. Walking to Gastown, Chinatown, Main Street shops and the downtown core is very reasonable from this location.

Transit is excellent as well with east/ west routes intersecting north/ south routes at Main and Broadway. The Skytrain is just a few minutes on foot to both the Expo and Millennium Line. The future Broadway Line Skytrain will be immediately accessible and will allow downtown, Broadway corridor, suburban, and airport commuting entirely by subway.  Biking is fantastic in all directions from this location with dedicated routes nearby including the seawall.
