Gina is our principal agent, responsible for the success of all our buyers and sellers. Gina is a veteran agent with one of the strongest sales records in Greater Vancouver.
Each year from 2013 to 2020, Gina received the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver’s MLS President’s Award, recognizing the top 1% of its 15,000+ members. This award is calculated on successful sales volume each calendar year.

Gina focuses on client goals and the big picture. She also focus on negotiations, market direction, current market supply, and all manner of factors that impact the buying and selling of property.
Before receiving her real estate license at the UBC Sauder School of Business, Gina earned a BSc at UBC, followed by a PhD at the UBC Department of Medicine at Vancouver General Hospital.
Nathalie Hoy - Personal Real Estate Corporation
Nathalie is our team agent with a formal real estate focused education. Skilled at analyzing market direction, supply, demand and other technical aspects, Nathalie provides key insight into all transactions.
Outgoing and energetic, Nathalie is responsible for supporting sales and marketing and helping our buyers and sellers.
Nathalie received her real estate license from the UBC Sauder School of Business after completing the Marketing and Real Estate Program at BCIT.
Steve Wood
With a background in advertising and branding, Steve is our marketing pro. As past Strategy Director for one of Canada's most successful branding agencies, Steve has experience directing campaigns for well recognized national and global brands.
Steve is responsible for bringing our clients' listings to market in a way that resonates with the audience, and for generally keeping things organized.
Steve earned a BA in Urban and Economic Geography at SFU, then completed the CSIS program in Spatial Information Science at SFU. He also earned an Asssociates in English Literature along the way.
